4th Workshop 'What can Power Electronics Do as Energy Needs Keep Growing? - 3C-PEEC

From 2014 on the 3-Corner Collaboration between NPERC-J (Japan), CPES (USA) and ECPE (Europe) has organised several Workshops to bring together leading PE experts to discuss future challenges across the oceans. The consortium aims to exchange information, share regional power electronics roadmaps, and promote international research collaboration.

  • Overview of Power and Energy Trends in the World | Focus on renewable energy, energy storage, and smart grids.
  • Cost Reduction of Equipment/Devices or Life Cycle Assessment | Exploring device innovation, efficient manufacturing, and environmental impact.
  • High-Reliability Technologies or Reliability Design | Addressing fault tolerance, predictive maintenance, and robust design principles.
  • Low-Loss and Low-EMI Technologies | Discussing power conversion efficiency and electromagnetic interference mitigation.
