SCAPE 2026 - International Wide-Bandgap Power Electronics Applications Workshop

From cutting-edge research to industrial innovations, SCAPE 2026 brings together academia and industry to explore the technologies driving higher efficiency, performance and sustainability in power electronics.

WBG Power Center, RISE, KTH and Svensk Elektronik are pleased to announce the international workshop in applications of wide bandgap (WBG) power electronics, SCAPE 2026. The event will cover the latest results and innovations in power electronics applications of wide bandgap materials, such as silicon carbide and gallium nitride.

Previously known as ISiCPEAW and IWBGPEAW, SCAPE is a three-day event, consisting of two workshop days, June 16th-17th, preceded by one tutorial day, June 15th.
