Invoice Payment is expected by bank transfer within 4 weeks after receipt of the invoice by email. Payment by Paypal on request. If you have any special needs (e.g. purchase order or invoice address) regarding the invoice, please tell during registration or as soon as possible.
Travel Information A .pdf file with all important facts about the venue including hotel recommendations is available on the event website.
Proceedings A link to download the presentations in .pdf format will be provided latest one day before start of the event. If you've ordered printed proceedings you will get them at the registration desk. In case of any changes you will receive updated files afterwards.
Programme/breaks A schedule of the planned presentations and breaks is available in the PDF programme on the event website.
Feedback We kindley ask you to fill a feedback form after the event. This gives us the possibility to improve our events in content and organisation.
Certificate Certificate of attendence will be provided at the end of the tutorial.
Cancellation Full amount will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the event. After this date and in case of no-show 50 % of the fee is non-refundable (substitutes are accepted anytime).
Force Majeure If the event cannot take place because of force majeure or for good cause, a change to an online format or a cancellation is possible. The delegates shall be informed immediately. In this case, the participant is able to cancel free of charge. No claims beyond this shall be entertained.
