Upon registration for an ECPE event, this page presents an overview of the technical and organisational steps.

General information

With confirmation of participation you are listed for the referring event and you will get automatically proceedings, further documents & emails.

Invoice

Payment is usually due by bank transfer or via a Mollie payment link within four weeks of receiving the invoice by email (please check the invoice). If you have any specific requirements (e.g. a purchase order or a particular invoice address), please indicate this during registration or inform us as soon as possible.

Proceedings

A link to download the presentations in PDF format will be provided latest one day before the start of the event. In case of any updates, revised files will be shared afterwards.

Programme/breaks

A schedule of the planned presentations and breaks is available on the event website. It is subject to change at any time.

Feedback

We kindly ask you to complete a feedback form after the event. Your input helps us improve both the content and organisation of our events.

Certificate

Certificate of attendance will be provided after the event by email/on site.

Travel Information

A PDF file containing all key information about the venue, including hotel recommendations, is available on the event website. 

Programme/breaks

Printed Proceedings

If you have ordered printed proceedings, you can collect them at the registration desk. 

Cancellation
  • Participants: A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the event. After this date, 50 % of the fee is non-refundable. In the case of a no-show, 100 % of the participation fee will be charged (substitutes may be nominated at any time).

  • ECPE e.V.: We reserve the right to cancel the event or change to a full online style in the case of insufficient demand or a low number of participants. Any participation fees already paid will be refunded. If the event is cancelled due to speaker illness, travel disruption, force majeure, or other significant organisational reasons, there is no entitlement to the event being held.

On site Participation

Online Participation

ECPE uses the tool Webex for the online events. The link will be sent to you latest one day before start of the event. Download of the Webex desktop application offers the best functionality, but joining with an up-to-date internet browser is possible as well. If you use Webex for the first time, we recommend to read this best practice guide: How to Webex
