Call for Papers - deadline: 1 April 2026

The 32nd International Workshop on Thermal Investigations of ICs and Systems (THERMINIC 2026) is taking place at the NYX Hotel in Berlin, Germany, from September 16 to 18, 2026. THERMINIC is the most important European workshop addressing thermal and reliability issues in electronic components and systems. Additionally, a Professional Development Course (PDC) will be offered on the day before the workshop.
