SCAPE 2024, International Workshop on WBG Power Electronics Applications organized by the WBG Power Center in collaboration with Yole Group welcomes you at Grand Hotel Saltsjöbaden in Stockholm, May 14 – 15. The workshop is preceded by a tutorial day at KTH on 13th of May.
The workshop covers the latest developments in devices, packaging technologies and power electronics applications of WBG (silicon carbide (SiC) and gallium nitride (GaN)) devices and power modules. The full day tutorial is devoted to design of WBG power converters.
