ECPE Joint Research Programme

The Joint Research Programme is organized by ECPE GmbH on the contractual basis of the ECPE Research Partner Agreement with the Principal and Associate Partners.
A Network-internal research programme where ECPE member companies jointly agree on pre-competitive research topics which are contracted to ECPE Competence Centres.

The budget comes from an industrial research fund fed by the companies.

ECPE Member companies can apply for joining the research programme as Principal Partner with full rights, or as Associate Partner with restricted access rights and reduced fund payment.

A Network-internal research programme where ECPE member companies jointly agree on pre-competitive research topics which are contracted to ECPE Competence Centres.

The ECPE Competence Centres are invited to submit research topics in an annual
Call-for-Proposals.

The Principal Partners have seat and vote in the
Project Coordination Committee (PCC) where the research topics are discussed and selected and, at the end, the results are presented.

The companies are not actively involved in the research work but they accompany the
ECPE projects in an Expert Board with regular phone or web conferences.
