Mesago, the organiser of PCIM Europe 2024 charges us with the Sales & Marketing Services (SMS) Basic package marketing fee for each co-exhibitor. The fee is mandatory and we will designate it seperately on the invoice issue to you by us.

Mandatory SMS Basic fee   1.180,- € /exhibitor   => 50% discount for universities
This SMS Basic fee combines the former marketing contribution fee and digital package fee.

• Registrations from ECPE member companies are confirmed by email from an ECPE employee as soon as possible.
• Applications from other organisations are confirmed or refused after end of registration deadline.
• The invoice will be sent by email beginning of April 2024. Please inform us as soon as possible if there are any special requests (different invoice address, purchase order, ...). 
• Cancellation is possible up to 3 months before exhibition starts or if ECPE is able to find a new exhibitor. 
• Photo material will be created at the event. Potentially a picture of your staff/guests can be taken and used for editorial reporting.
