The 30th International Workshop on Thermal Investigations of ICs and System

THERMINIC is a European workshop addressing thermal and reliability issues in electronic components and systems. For academics and industrialists involved in micro and power electronics this annual event promises to be a very special occasion with a high quality technical programme and exciting social events.

On the day before the workshop, a Professional Development Course (PDC) will be offered as well.

Submit your abstract now!
If you would like to present a paper or poster, you can now submit an abstract, not exceeding two pages, using our online system until April 22, 2024. Abstracts have to be submitted in PDF format and should outline the objectives of the work presented, demonstrating new results. All abstracts will undergo a double-blind review process, and awards will be granted to the best paper and best poster.
