E-PRAGMATIC network will work toward enhancement, modernization and establishment of in-company training methods of electro-mechanical industry. It will introduce distance learning methods and modern learning contents with the remote experiments from mechatronics, general electro-mechanics and alternative technologies. For evaluation and testing, a cross-over international pilot training will be executed with participants from seven countries. Developed methods, tested in this manner, will be applicable in in-company training in the enterprises from related fields throughout Europe. Further, a new practical experiences and knowledge at using of the innovative hypermedia e-content and advanced learning environment will be gained, both for the companies and for the educational institutions. We also work toward sharing our experience with other educational institutions and companies in order to encourage them to join the network activities.
